Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various projects and events
  • Handel customer enquiries via phone or emails professionally
  • Prepare MIS reports on membership profile and event evaluation
  • Filing documents in a systematic manner
  • Support ad-hoc projects for the Marketing, Membership and Regulatory & Initiatives team

Job Requirements

  • Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Good knowledge of MS software & Chinese word processing
  • Must be able to commit a minimum 3 working days per week, 9-6 between Monday to Friday
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
