Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner
  • Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions
  • Assist in training staff to deliver high standard of customer service
  • Communicate customer feedback to technical, retail and merchandising teams in order to develop processes
  • Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback to develop customer service analytic
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Department/Boutiques of other regions in Asia in order to be aligned with the procedure applied
  • Manage the spare parts (order from Italy, delivery to the store/repairs center), according to the Customer Service procedure
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and typing skills and fast learner in computer software
  • Good team player and able to work well with different levels
