Responsibilities:

  • Establish a network of contacts with high level executives of business partners through daily participation in business meeting/activities;
  • Liaise and coordinate with various external business partners and internal parties to ensure smooth operation;
  • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, business conferences plus taking minutes of meeting as required and distribute accordingly;
  • Handle business communications and external affairs;
  • Handle ad hoc duties as required.


Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Public Relations / Marketing / Communications / Business or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in relevant position;
  • Initiative, flexible, organized, good working attitude and able to work under pressure;
  • Strong business sense and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
  • High level of ethics and professionalism in integrity and confidentiality;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Daily travel will be accepted.
