Responsibilities:

  • Answer and handle customer enquiries timely and tactfully, and handle account opening procedure
  • Contact existing customers for re-visit, through phone and online conversation on a regular basis
  • Responsible for releasing information and customers' interaction on social media platforms, including Wechat, Weibo and forums from time to time
  • Deliver quality customer services including trading platform problem, trade processing issue, follow up and handling complaints in professional manner
  • Maintain relationship with existing and potential customers
  • No cold calling and outbound customer services are required
  • Perform daily operations
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

 

  • 處理及解答客戶查詢或問題, 處理開戶程式
  • 點對點與客戶進行回訪,包括電話和線上的操作
  • 定期在社交媒體或平台上,包括微信、微博、論壇等發表信息及與客戶進行通信
  • 提供客戶服務,包括解答貿易平臺遇見問題,交易問題,處理及跟進客戶投訴
  • 開發公司新客戶,促使客戶進行開戶、注資、交易
  • 維持與現有和潛在客戶的關係
  • 不涉及Cold-calling工作
  • 執行日常工作
  • 幫助解決突發事件或任務


Requirements:

  • Degree holder will be preferred. Fresh graduate and new migrant are welcome
  • 1 year of solid working experience in Customer Service field or Insurance field is preferred. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Client Relationship Assistant
  • Familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
  • Good interpersonal, communication and selling skills
  • Good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure and to work shift
  • Actual work day will base on bullion trade day
  • Please provide CV in Chinese 

 

 

  • 學位或以上學歷優先, 同時歡迎應屆畢業生和有內地背景的人士
  • 1年客戶服務或保險業的工作經驗,經驗少者可考慮客戶關係助理
  • 熟悉MS Office, 及中文打字
  • 良好人際關係及溝通技巧
  • 良好中英文溝通及書寫, 普通話必須要良好
  • 自我推動, 主動, 有責任感, 能在壓力下工作
  • 需要24小時輪班工作,每天工作8小時
  • 即時上班優先
