Pension Admin Administrator 13-14K

Responsibilities:

  • Provide MPF scheme administration support, including enrolment, contribution, switching and termination 
  • Ensure smooth running of the account assigned, and follow up outstanding issues
  • Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing

 

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or above
  • Customer focused, with good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

 

 

Pension Hotline Administrator 15-16K [Pure CS]

Responsibilities:

  • Only handle all inbound and outbound calls and email (no cross selling is needed)
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints in relation to Pension Business
  • Provide clerical and administration support to the team 

 

Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • Preferably 1 year experience gained in customer service / hotline service
  • Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
