Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Fundsupermart office’s receptionist to handle the enquiries of the walk-in clients, including account opening, cheque deposit, transfer case and usage of our website;
  • Handle investors’ inquiries and transactional needs via phone and emails;
  • Communicate with internal departments & clients in an accurate, timely and effective manner;
  • Participate in marketing events, seminar and workshop;
  • Consolidate investors’ feedback and seek to improve service quality and user-friendliness of Fundsupermart.com website;
  • Undertakes special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required by supervisor;

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder from any discipline with 1 year working experience (Preferably in Banking or its equivalent);
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Customer-oriented, patient, pleasant, meticulous and obliging disposition;
  • Good problem solving skills and follow through with an ability to multi-task;
  • Strong interest in investment products is an advantage;
  • Familiar with MS Office, good command of spoken and written in Chinese, English and Mandarin. Knowledge of HTML or Dreamweaver is an advantage.
