Description

  • Provide support in client facing meetings

  • Answer enquires via phone calls and emails and provide assistance proactively

  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales support

  • Ensure the whole service operation are smooth and in a timely manner

  • Follow up with membership enrolment, renewal and payment in a professional manner

  • Ensure full compliance of process under corporate procedures

  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in business disciplines

  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese & English

  • Experience in B2B customer service will be highly preferred

  • Good team player and strong customer service mindset

  • Proficient in MS office (outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint)

  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
