Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of account service proactively to corporate client
  • Handle enquiries from customers, liaise with related parties for follow up actions and handle account services in a professional manner
  • Coordinate across work teams according to requirements to ensure quality and timely delivery of services
  • Timely response to customer inquiries, offer solutions and feasibility in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with Operations and Warehouse team(s) for trouble shooting and enquires on technical issues
  • Carry out regular account servicing duties such as prepare billing and tariff

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Admin. or related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in handling corporate client
  • Customer-oriented, independent, patient and passionate
  • Presentable, reliable with positive working attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
