Our client, an Italy based company is looking for a high caliber to join their dynamic team as a Client Services Representative 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients (Italian fashion brands) to deliver after-sale services to customers
  • Handle customers' enquiries and complaints through email (mainly) and phone
  • Serve customer and clients in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education or above 
  • 1 years CS experience, candidates with knowledge in fashion brand is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese); Knowledge in Japanese speaking is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Wanchai
