The Job

  • Client: A Global IT/Business Consultancy
  • Position:  Client Support Analyst
  • Responsibilities:
    • Work closely and coordinate among sales and account management team and external clients
    • Provide daily support to customers and work with cross functional partners
    • Participate in social media campaigns/platforms and support on issues regarding bugs and invoicing
    • Conduct research and gather data insights and leverage the data to evolve clients advertising platforms
  • $20-25K, 5 day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a service/customer service/sales organization
  • Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese both Written & Oral, Fluency in Mandarin will be a PLUS
  • Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills – experience with business communication
