Job Description

- Customer registration, arrange bookings and answer customers’ enquiries

- Responsible for the preparation and arrangement of clinic rooms

- Assist in daily clinic operation

Job Requirements

- 1-2 years of work experience in Customer Service or Receptionist 

- Good command of computer skills

- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Nurse experience will be an advantage

- Polite, independent, detail-minded, responsible and a good team player

- 客人診症登記 , 安排預約和回答客戶詢問, 安排客人的診症時間

- 負責安排及準備病房工作

- 協助日常運作流程

工作要求

- 1至2年客戶服務/接待員工作經驗

- 良好電腦知識

- 流利廣東話、英語及普通話

- 有護士經驗將獲優先考慮

- 有禮、獨立、細心、有責任感、善於團隊合作
