  • Diploma or above with at least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Provide the full spectrum of administrative support
  • Arrange hotel and flight booking for merchandising teams
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese a must
  • Excellent communicate and interpersonal skill
  • Hardworking, well-organized, flexible and detail minded
  • Well versed with MS Office applications such as Words, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
