THE JOB

 

Reporting to the Head Badminton Coach, the Coaching Programme Officer (Administration Support) will be responsible for the following duties:

 

lTo coordinate logistics support for the operations of the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme;

lTo coordinate administration support to the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme and Elite Training Programme;

lTo coordinate budget, statement of accounts, and reports related to the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme and Elite Training Programme;

lTo coordinate with other internal departments on the support for the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme and Elite Training Programme; and

lTo coordinate general support to the coaches involved in the Tier A* Training Enhancement Programme.

lTo perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

 

lA university degree or equivalent;

lA minimum of 2 years’ working experience in High Performance sports support or equivalent;

lExcellent communication and interpersonal skills;

lGood command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua;

lHigh level of computer literacy; and

lAwareness/ knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
