Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of receivable controller to achieve payment collection targets
  • Responsible for all rounded credit and collection daily operations and projects including cash flow forecast, variance analysis, AR reporting etc.
  • Liaise with management, Legal and service providers to support the processes of collection activities and resolve disputes
  • Develop recovery plans to manage and facilitate recovery of outstanding amount
  • Revises work guidelines, make adjustments, provide solutions in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular process review to ensure adequate control in day to day operations
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education
  • 5 years working experience, of which at least 2 years in supervisory role in Credit and collection
  • Able to liaise with external and internal parties and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance / Factoring and Hong Kong Legal proceedings is highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office applications
