  • Work with vendor and fabric mills to achieve the expected shade and color fastness, against colour standards set by client
  • Review lab dips shade and colour fastness for bulk fabric and garment production
  • Provide colour comments and technical advice to fabric mills and garment factories to make colour correction for improved strike-off
  • Working closely with Paris on color requirements for alignment
  • Develop and launch color certification program for Lab dips approvals
  • Analyze spectrophotometer readings
  • Provide color training to Vendors and factories
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment if needed


  • Form 5 or above
  • 8 years relevant experience for all garments including knit, woven and & sweater
  • Previous experience in fabric dyeing houses is an advantage
  • Experience of handling different kinds of printing techniques and analysis of artwork
  • Color certified and excellent color vision
  • Good knowledge of colors and characteristics of dyestuffs for apparel industry
  • Sound organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Assertive with sound communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Computer literate (MS Excel and Word)
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
