Responsibilities

  • Support a team of Relationship Managers in managing bank's clients
  • Own the end-to-end client on/off-boarding cycle with active participation in the account opening/closure process
  • Ensure all client information is updated promptly in all bank's systems
  • Make every service engagement an excellent experience for clients through ensuring sincere, timely and effective completion of client’s service requests
  • Liaise with various departments such as Operations/Risks/Products & other on/offshore back offices to provide day-to-day service support to bank's clients
  • Handle daily transaction referrals with Relationship Managers
  • Perform ad hoc projects as directed by the department
  • Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least two years of solid relevant experience in the banking or financial service industry
  • Prior exposure in the commercial banking support environment setup with previous knowledge on general banking product - Credit/Trade Finance & Cash/E-banking etc
  • Possesses a detailed oriented mind, and with the resilience to quickly adapt priorities based on the latest data insights
  • The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to cultivate strong working relationships
  • The ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clients
  • Good problem solving skills with proactive work attitude & can work independently - Proficiency in written & spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin a definite advantage)
