Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the preparation and production of food as well as ensure consistent and fresh supply at all times
  • To prepare all pastry & bakery item and assist the Pastry Chef in day to day operation
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety procedures of the area

Requirements  

  • F.5 or above 
  • 1 to 5 years relevant experience in hotel industry 
  • Reliable, responsible, multi-tasking and detail-oriented are desired qualities 
  • Must be well-versed in kitchen hygiene 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good command of English and Chinese 
  • Good team player
