Responsibilities:

  • prepare and produce a range of advertising and communications materials including e-Newsletters, press releases, eDM, leaflet, brochures, advertorials and other publicity write-ups;
  • prepare external communications with trainers, programme Committees and relevant stakeholders;
  • manage media relations of the Centre including press invitations, media pitching, media interview requests, executive interviews and advertorials;
  • manage and maintain content of the programme/conference website, intranet, social media platforms and other communication channels;
  • coordinate and support publicity event including industry conference and seminars; and
  • perform other administrative and ad hoc duties as required.

 

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognized degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines;
  • have minimum 5 years of relevant working experience;
  • have excellent command of both English and Chinese with good writing and communications skills;
  • preferably be familiar with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube;
  • preferably have knowledge in MailChimp, Adobe AI, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, video editing tools and HTML coding;
  • be proactive, creative and detail-oriented;
  • be able to work independently and effectively with limited resources;
  • be a good team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills;
  • preferably have prior experience in Finance, Insurance or Education Industry; and
  • be immediately available.
