Job description and responsibilities

 

  • Provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to Sales Team
  • Update departmental data/report, familiar in excel.
  • Update database
  • Assist in ad hoc assignment by Sales Head, General Manager and Director

 

Job requirements

 

  • Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination IIQS Paper I & III
  • With essential secretarial training
  • 2 years related experience in Team Secretary/Sales Admin supports
  • Self-motivated, sense of responsibility and multi-tasks oriented
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Immediate available is preferable
