Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties and ensure compliance of all relevant statutory requirements for HK and overseas subsidiaries;
  • Provide secretarial support to the Finance Department when needed;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Student member of HKICS with 2 years company secretarial experience;
  • Well versed & knowledgeable to HK corporate structuring & Company secretarial matters;
  • Knowledge in CSA program a distinct advantage;
  • Mature, well organised and detail-minded, a proactive team player and able to work independently under minimal supervision;
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under deadlines;
  • Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word;
  • Good Command in written and spoken English & Chinese.
