  • To conduct market researches and organize sales & marketing activities;
  • To liaise and keep good relationship with business partners;
  • To maintain long-term relationship with clients;
  • To introduce company secretarial services to client
  • To set up companies in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions
  • To provide full spectrum of company secretarial services to clients
  • To handle ad hoc projects as assigned



  • Degree holder or above
  • Member of ICSA/HKICS preferred
  • Min. 2 years or above relevant experiences in professional firms
  • Mature with good analytical , good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage,
  • Knowledge computer skill in MS Words, Excel, Power Point and CSA
  • Well organized, work under pressure and client service mindset
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Officer
  • Immediate available preferred
  • Willing to travel
