Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for a listed company and its subsidiaries in compliance with the relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • Assist in organizing committees, board and shareholders meetings and preparation of minutes;
  • Assist in drafting and preparation of announcements, circulars and annual/interim reports;
  • Maintain and update statutory records and proper filings; and
  • Assist in administrative work and ad hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Student member of HKICS/ICSA is preferred;
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience;
  • Knowledge in Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules;
  • Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
  • Computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and Powerpoint;
  • Good team-work spirit, responsible and enthusiastic, positive and open-minded, meticulous to details and well organized;
  • Immediate available is preferred; and

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Assistant.
