Your company
Our client is a Hong Kong listed company that offers wealth management and financial services. In order to maintain their position as a market leader, they are currently looking for a company secretary with high calibre to join their team.

Your new role
You will play a major role in handling corporate secretarial matters for the listed company as well as other entities in other regions. You will have to prepare annual / interim reports, announcements, circulars, board papers and minutes, and organize board and shareholders' meetings. You will participate in ad hoc projects and tasks assigned from time to time. You will take a leadership role with respect to implementing corporate governance practices or changes across the Group.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience gained from sizeable listed companies at managerial level
  • Excellent command in English and Chinese
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Ability to supervise junior company secretarial staff
