An international investment firm is looking for a high calibre Company Secretary to join a dynamic and stable environment.

Client Details

Our client is one of the leading brokerage and investment firms, focused on institutional brokerage, investment banking and asset management for corporate and institutional clients around the world.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling company secretarial work for the group companies involving incorporation in various jurisdictions outside of Hong Kong

  • Advising on corporate governance and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and records

  • Organising board meetings and general meetings correspondence relating to directors' and shareholders' meetings

  • Preparing annual returns and other filings in compliance with the Companies Ordinance, SFO and other applicable rules and legislation

  • Coordinating post-listing compliance works

  • Handling ad-hoc assignments, e.g. due diligence for various projects

Profile

The sucessful candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant working experience, ideally prior in-house experience. Candidates with Financial background or coming from a Financial Institution will be highly considered. Must be a member of HKICS or ICSA, and possess the relevent Degree. Must be able to read and write English and Chinese, as well as a strong command in both languages.
