Duties and responsibilities

 

  • Ensuring the Operations is run smoothly across the organization.
  • Responsible for stock keeping and accountability of the same
  • Pantry management and cleanliness of Pantry
  • Ensuring all the office is neat, clean and hygienically maintained – Facilities management
  • Handling calls, queries of members, greeting members at the front desk
  • Being the brand ambassador for the company
  • Event space and Meeting room booking and management
  • Supplier bills handling

 

 

Qualifications and requirements

 

  • High school diploma or above
  • Experience in business centre and property field is a plus
  • Meeting and exceeding individual revenue targets on a consistent basis
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
