Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Manage attendance record independently, include identifying issues, verifying with colleagues & updating record
  • Calculate monthly allowances & overtime payment independently
  • Handle part-time salary calculation & related statutory benefits independently
  • Prepare final salary payment with reference to different contract terms manually
  • Update & manage employee leave system & paper record in a systematic manner
  • Compile various regular HR and analysis relating to leave & benefits
  • Assist in HR Information System testing and adjustment
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments

 

Specifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related disciplines
  • Min 2-3 years solid experience specializing in compensation & benefits, including handling whole set of payroll covering not less than 400 employees
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & other HR related laws
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A detail-minded team player with strong numeric sense, communication & analytical skills
  • A fast learner who is able to handle multiple tasks systematically
  • Proficient in MS Office Application, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • HR generalists are not recommended for this rol
