Job Duties:
 To perform compliance testing
 To support on the AML/ FATCA/ CRS control functions
 To monitor and review internal control to ensure compliance with AML/ FATCA/ CRS regulatory requirements
 To fulfil the responsibilities of the distribution risk control requirements
 To assist in tasks pertaining to regulatory requirements
 To assist in tasks pertaining to product matters
 To ensure all training and marketing materials are presented in accordance with regulatory requirements
 To review all outsourcing arrangements to ensure compliance with local regulations
 To support regulatory reviews / requests / onsite inspections / ad hoc compliance projects

Qualifications & Requirements:
 Degree in Law, Finance or Business related disciplines
 8 years of experience in financial institution, preferably life insurance industry of which minimum 3 years of working experience in compliance/ audit/ control function(s)
 Sound knowledge of insurance and related regulatory requirements
 Good analytical skills and problem solving ability
 Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
