Our client is a well established and expanding securities/ futures/ asset management firm. Currently she is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the following position:

 

Compliance – Assistant Manager/ Officer

 

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with HKEX, SFC and other regulatory organizations for all compliance and licensing matters
  • Develop and maintain compliance related policies and procedures as well as proper internal control to ensure that Company's activities are in compliance with latest statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Formulate and execute policies and procedures to perform risk management for the Company business
  • Review and revise compliance manuals, policies, procedures and systems to keep abreast of new and regulatory changes
  • Identify, pursue and generate new potential compliance risk
  • Handle related ad hoc assignments as required
  • Act as MIC and report to Management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Law/ Banking/ Finance or related disciplines
  • At least 3 to 5 years compliance/ legal related experience
  • Hands on compliance review experience in brokerage, AML, staff dealings
  • Independent and organized with good analytical and communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
