Description

  • Provide professional and approachable customer services
  • Handle and resolve customers' complaints by providing effective solutions
  • Support the CS team and cross sell in retail related activities
  • Obtain customer's feedback through face to face interaction
  • Assist with ad hoc projects when assigned

Profile

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with previous customer service experience
  • Form 5+, preferably with certificate in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
