Job Duties:

  • Handle residents’ enquiries and requests e.g. repair and maintenance, apartment cleaning, car cleaning and dry clean
  • Follow up closely with residents, internal department and external vendors to ensure all requests are being attended efficiently
  • Organize and support activities and events
  • Ensure accurate records for all daily transactions, processing invoices at month-end
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry; experience in clubhouse management an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and able to work independently
  • Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated and cooperative
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua
