Job Responsibilities:

- Provide professional banking customer service from a call centre

- Perform phone service on banking transaction and answering customer enquiries

- Develop long-term relationship with customer via phone

- Recommend suitable banking products and services to solve customers' needs

 

Job Requirement:

- HKCEE or HKDSE or above

- Experienced in financial institution or call centre is advantageous

- Insurance or investment licenses is a plus

- Good command on speaking in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
