Position Overview

The Content Marketing Manager will play a key part in building FinEX Asia’s brand and establishing it as a fintech thought-leader and pioneer. 

He/she is responsible for setting the strategy and managing the execution of our content marketing efforts. This involves setting the strategy to create compelling content assets such as blog posts, articles, website and other materials that generate inbound interest and market recognition, support marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, events, media, press and sales enablement materials.

Create and own the content roadmap and develop or contract out the various content assets needs to succeed. This includes gated content, ads, blogs, social media, surveys, video, white papers and whatever forms you feel are helpful and will resonate with our audiences. He/she will need strong marketing skills to understand the buyer, their content consumption habits, and develop engaging content that separates us from competition, breaks through the proper media channels and can attract, convert and retain customers.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities

-          Develop, build and nurture relationships with industry experts and influencers

-          Manage and content calendar, ownership of blog & social media

-          Ideally candidate with substantial exposure in the Asset Management industry as well as good grasp on funds and other investment Products

-          Ideate and work with our internal and external teams to create high-quality and engaging content pieces; ensure deadlines are met

-          Monitoring and understanding content marketing trends within our landscape and industry-wide

-          Curate content that serves the purposes of informing, educating, nurturing, and generating leads for FinEX Asia

-          Write copy for marketing pieces such as brochures, sales kit, blog posts, articles, whitepaper, website, emails

-          Develop content for targeted campaigns, websites and landing pages

-          Write internal announcements and communications 

-          Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy

-          Research market and industry to compare and create content that is innovative and original

-          Ensure that our content aligns with overall company and marketing strategies so that we always have fresh collateral for the Sales team

-          Ensure all content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and social promotion

-          Work directly with customer service team and sales department to create unique content

-          Update content through various CMS systems  

 

Requirements

-          BA/BS or equivalent working experience

-          Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience

-          Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software

-          Understanding of web publishing requirements

-          Editorial mindset with an ability to understand audience preferences

-          Experience with SEO and web traffic metrics highly preferable  

-          Expertise in social media platforms

-          Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales

-          Excellent communication and writing skills in English

-          Spoken Cantonese and Mandarin will be a plus 

-          Prefer candidate(s) with short notice period/Immediately available
