Responsibilities:

  • To compile data, prepare statistical reports
  • To handle written/ verbal public enquiries or simple complaints
  • To assist in providing secretariat support to meetings
  • To compile contact lists and provide related administrative support
  • To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Minimum 2 years' post graduate work experience, preferably in administration
  • Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing is essential
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English and knowledge in Mandarin
