Job Duties

  • To assist in the implementation of the Mainland University Study Subsidy Scheme (MUSSS), including processing and vetting of applications, collecting supplementary information/ supporting documents from the applicants, monitoring the disbursement of subsidies by the external agency, handling enquiries / complaints from the public etc.
  • To assist implementation of Admission Scheme and other Mainland schemes, including providing support to Mainland Higher Education Expo etc.
  • To assist implementation of administration of scholarships and awards under the HKSAR Government Scholarship Fund (the Fund), including handling public enquiries / complaints
  • To compile reports and statistical returns;
  • To supervise the works of clerical staff, as well as perform general administrative duties of the Office; and
  • To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers

Employment Terms

  • 5 days work per week, 44 hours work per week, off on Sat, Sun and PH
  • Working location : Wanchai
  • 9 months contract with possibility of renewal
  • Salary : HK$23,625 per month

Candidate's Requirement

  • A holder of a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; preferably with Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)
  • Preferably has two years’ or above experience in government or post-secondary education institutions and.
  • Professional proficiency in MS Word, Excel. Database, Visual FoxPro and PowerPoint.
  • Immediately available or with short notice
