Duties & Responsibilities: -

  • Plan, organize and manage the Company’s communication strategies and drive PR programs
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with government organizations, trade associations and media.
  • Handle VIP visits
  • Design and execute CSR programs in accordance with the Company’s areas of focus
  • Manage, write and edit all media and company collateral materials inclusive of press release, newsletter, speeches, presentation materials, etc.
  • Plan and organize corporate events and community activities
  • Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements: -

  • Degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years relevant working experience
  • China or regional exposure is an advantage
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently with minimum supervision
  • Willing to travel when necessary to support PR programs
