Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to media/ customer feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide on-site support for corporate events / outdoor promotional events
  • Build the overall content strategy for the business across platforms
  • Develop and manage the online content plan
  • Create, manage and update website content
  • Use of Google Analytics and other social media analytic tools to analyze marketing activity and improve content, website traffic, social followers and email conversions
  • Evaluate and explore new online marketing trends and platforms
  • Assist in the ad hoc tasks and assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or higher diploma in Marketing, Media, Journalism, Communication, Design or related disciplines
  • Over 1 year of working experience related in a creative or content capacity
  • Experience with social media and online media
  • Proficient with office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and media tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), 
  • Fluent in command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Adaptable to work flexibly as a team player and also independently.
  • Mature working disposition, with high attention to details and the ability to work under pressure and strict timeline.
  • Skills of photo/ video shooting are the plus
  • Lesser experience will also be considered
