Omega Compliance Limited is a global company providing a full spectrum of client-specific social compliance and supply chain security auditing services. To support our growth we are seeking to fill the following position at our Corporate office in Hong Kong:

Job Accountabilities

  • Manage audit requests, audit scheduling and reporting
  • Organize and process bookings via internal system
  • Liaise with the Corporate Office, overseas branch offices and suppliers to ensure that audit data is published and maintained in audit management systems
  • Communicate factory audit results with clients, suppliers and other Omega worldwide offices
  • Compile management summaries on a regular basis for the Corporate Office and the clients
  • Assist in invoicing and payment collection
  • Support daily operations and ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

  • University degree, proven work experience as coordinator, administrator or other relevant role
  • Fresh graduate or candidates with relevant experiences but less academic qualification will also be considered
  • An understanding of the social audit and C-TPAT process is a plus
  • Hands-on knowledge of the Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange), FFC (Fair Factories Clearinghouse) and other audit management systems is a definite advantage
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin Chinese with strong communication skills
  • Familiar with PC operations including MS Word, Excel, Chinese input, etc
  • Able to meet tight deadlines, detail oriented and work as part of a team
  • Able to work independently
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
