The Job

  • Oversee the work in industry relations and professional development, covering sponsorship and donations, internship and placement, corporate visits, sponsorship and bursaries, HKHS Award Alumni Club, etc.
  • Provide coordination and editorial support regarding relationship building with professional bodies and staff members, covering design and production of internal newsletter and corporate publications, congratulation messages, video scripts, etc.
  • Explore speaking opportunities of senior management for enhancing understanding and communication with professional groups or organizations as well as preparing speeches, presentation materials and logistic arrangement.
  • Effective management to ensure quality and timely deliverables with good budget control and resources allocation.

 

The Person

  • Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related disciplines with minimum 6 years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in the fields of journalism, publicity and public relations.
  • Speechwriting experience for senior executive and experience in handling of corporate visits, newsletters, videos production, etc.
  • Good networking with related professional institutes, non-governmental organizations, non-profit making organizations, Government departments and education institutes.
  • Proven track record of planning, developing and implementing corporate and community events and activities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills with high proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
  • Good computer literacy especially in PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Multi-tasking under tight schedule, creative, positive thinking and good at problem solving.

Mature, independent, self-motivated and outgoing with good team spirit.
