Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial matters for both China, Hong Kong and offshore companies and various jurisdiction independently;
  • To assist in compliance with listing rules, corporate governance requirements and procedures and uphold corporate governance practices;
  • To organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings and draft minutes;
  • Monitoring and updating changes in relevant legislation and regulations;
  • Delegate and coach team members.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments.

 

  • Requirements:
  • Degree or above qualification in Corporate Governance or relevant disciplines;
  • Qualified member of HKICS/ ICSA;
  • At least 5 years related experience, some of which gained from professional firm at supervisory level.
  • Well versed with HK Companies Ordinance and good knowledge of other common offshore jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and CSA software.
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Initiative and able to work independently.
  • Finalist of ICSA / HKICS will also be considered.
