Job Description

  • Provide full range of company secretarial services to client in compliance with corporate governance and statutory requirements
  • Manage statutory books and records, registers, database, routine filings
  • Prepare corporate documents, minutes, resolution, letters
  • Handle statutory documents filing and liaise with various regulatory bodies and professional parties
  • Handle administrative work for Corporate Services Team based in HK

Requirements

  • High Diploma or above holder in Business Administration or Corporate Governance
  • 1 years of company secretarial experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Basic knowledge in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance
  • Strong interpersonal skills as well as good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Chinese input, knowledge of ViewPoint is preferred
