Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin assistance and support to the Corporate Learning & Development team
  • Assist in the delivery of training sessions at a basic/administrative level and facilitate in training activities (assist trainers) when required Assist with the scheduling of training sessions, and notify all relevant parties.
  • Ensure all training rooms / venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked or cancelled in advance. Assist in set up / clear up before and/or after a training or training-related event.
  • Work closely with External Training providers on external in-house training programs or public programs.
  • Assist in developing training materials and enhance existing training programs
  • Send pre-course information to delegates / participants in advance of training courses. Print training support materials / handouts for training courses, and assist with the creation or formatting of these documents where relevant.
  • Consolidate course evaluation (feedback) questionnaires after training courses. Keep training materials, training records and files up to date.
  • Prepare standard and custom training reports in HR software (if any) as required.
  • Obtain training records / certificates of previous training or qualifications achieved from new joiners for personnel files and / or HR software.
  • Coordinate the pre-and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth training delivery
  • Assist in departmental projects from time to time
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects that the company assigns
  • Formulate effective training delivery and methodology

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business, Education, Training or related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification work experience in training field is required
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with a Putonghua competency is a plus
  • Independent, self-discipline, hard-working, team-player and pleasant personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective people management
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel and work irregular hours, if required
