Our Client is an Europen based FMCG retaisl company who is looking for a highly competent Coporate Travel Coordinator to support the team and growing business.
 
about the team.
This role involves working with a team of three, you will be highly organised, efficient and able to pre-empt any conflicting appointments or last minute changes.
 
about the job.
  • Monitoring outbound international business travel arrangements
  • Preparation of business travel documents including visa letters
  • Compare fare and rate for the most cost-efficient bookings
  • Manage international business traveller mailbox
  • Action travel queries and support travellers on travel policy and guidelines
  • Manage and negotiate with travel agencies and hotel agencies
  • Other Administrative duties, such as checking the expenses calim, prepare monthly report etc
 
skills & experiences required.
 
  • Secondary School graduate or above
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in travel management
  • Previous working experience in travel industry is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Detail-oriented, good management skill is perferred
  • Start ASAP
