Job Summary:

To assist Cost & Inventory Controller to manage and control inventory record in both Club houses as well as calculating the cost for various departments eg. Food and Beverage, Country Store and Spa etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform inventory control and maintain proper records for stock movements, e.g. goods receiving & issuing, monthly stock-take, inter-transfers, etc.
  • Assist Cost & Inventory Supervisor and Cost Controller to calculate food and beverage costs, retail and consignment goods cost.
  • Data entry into ERP system and prepare reports.
  • Backup warehouse functions when storeroom staff is on leave.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Secondary school graduate or above.
  • Associate degree, diploma, certificate or above in hospitality/warehousing is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 3 year related experience in hospitality industry.

Skills & Personality:

  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Experience in inventory management system.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • A flexible approach to working with others.
  • Initiative and proactive. 
  • High quality of integrity.
  • High level of commitment.
  • Outgoing with effective communication with all levels of staff.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details.
