Counter Manager 專櫃經理

主要職責:

  • 具領導才能以帶領前線員工及保持品牌形象
  • 提高員工士氣以達至銷售目標及提供優質的顧客服務
  • 專業分析店舖鋪售及數據以作出匯報
  • 管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖視覺陳列等,以確保營運及服務符合公司指標

 

要求:

  • 具五年或以上化妝或護膚品零售管理經驗,具專業美容知識及化妝技巧
  • 具領導才能,卓越人事管理和擅長培訓店舖員工
  • 保持品牌形象及提高顧客服務水準
  • 熟悉管理店舖日常運作如貨品管理、存貨管理、店舖視覺陳列等,以確保營運及服務符合公司指標
  • 具良好人際關係及溝通技巧,能操流利廣東話,基本英語及普通話
