Responsibilities

  • Assist in strategic planning on sales & promotions
  • Analyse & develop existing points of sales & explore new sales opportunities to increase competitiveness & sales productivity for existing channels
  • Ensure attractiveness & smooth execution of sales & promotions activities & new door counter / shop opening to achieve sales target, & evaluate the effectiveness & efficiency of the flow, content and various supports for future improvement & growth
  • Responsible for frontline recruitment & manpower arrangement, & work with training team on strategic development plans for frontline
  • Close communication with frontline team on sales & promotions planning & VM support
  • Liaise with marketing team on implementation of sales program, VM & various marketing supports

Requirements

  • 5 years solid experience in beauty or retail or business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent analytical capability and attention to details Creative, passionate and excellent in problem solving with positive attitude Strong leadership and supervisory skill
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
