Counter Service Officer (Teller) $17-19K

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for handling counter transactions and assisting in back office duties. You will also provide quality customer services and promote our Retail Banking products to the customers.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or attain the HKDSE with at least 2 years' counter services experience
  • Excellent customer servicing skills
  • Enthusiastic in promoting and cross-selling banking products
  • Willing to participate in offsite promotion activities

 

Officer, Customer Services (Phone Banking – Credit card / General Banking) Non-sales 13-17K

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer enquiries/icomplaints, provide aftersales support
  • Achieve the service standard and objectives set by Management. 
  • Refer business to Telesales Team or other sales
Secondary education with minimum 3 year’s relevant services.
