Job Role
•To lead the Company's Malaysia team to achieved the goals and objectives developed by the CEO, COO.
•Profit & Loss responsibility, decision making to attain desirable profit making results for the facility.
•Responsible and accountable for the annual financial performance of budgetary
•Create and develop sales strategies, developing action plan for sales team & ensure implementation.
•Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sales goals across all Malaysia regions.
•Develop and identify potential retail channel, build up and maintain business relationship and drive sales revenue;
•Oversee company’s sales performance at country levels and ensure sales target is met.
•Feedback on market trend, ensure and maintain product mix and portfolio and set pricing strategies.
•Participate in professional societies.
•Recruit and train sales employees for effective delivery.
•Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities.
•Manage major key corporate accounts / develop new business with corporate clients.
•Prepare sales forecast, budget and analysis reports;

Requirements:
•Degree/Master degree holder in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management /related disciplines in Hotels and Restaurants.
•Familiar with sales business for hotel supplies, Pub/Bar/Restaurant.
•Minimum of 5-7 years of related hands on experience in hospitality and / or sales
management especially in a similar or complementary products and services;
•Proactive, capable of developing & implementing sales plans and explore business opportunities, enthusiastic and passionate of the work;
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player; Exceptional negotiation skills;
•Ability to build effective relationships, whether internally or externally;
•Possess effective presentation skills, demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills;
•Ability to work under pressure and still produce result, ability to be flexible;
•Demonstrated business acumen, be a visionary individual;
•A strategic and charismatic personalities with strong commitment to excel, and
strong in people and time management.
•Ability to communicate in English, Chinese, Malay. Fluent in spoken and written English.
