Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and response to requests
  • Handle and follow up issues with clients via email and calls
  • Maintain and frequently update database
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer supports
  • Handling customer question/ complaint

 

Requirements:

  • High School graduate or above
  • Solid call centre and complaint handling experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fast Pace, Flexible and Service oriented
  • Self-driven and consciousness
  • Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
