Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and check required legal documentation
  • To check appropriate signed documents are properly executed
  • To review the credit limit of Sellers and Buyers and other relevant information to ensure proper input in the system
  • To liaise with business development unit and follow up on the required documents on the pre-approval stage and conditions on the post-approval stage
  • To prepare, update and check the reports (monthly/quarterly) to the relevant department/management
  • To prepare minutes of Credit Committee meeting
  • To perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of Risk & Operation

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree with major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience in Credit / Trade Finance / Factoring, prior experience in financial or banking industry will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance policies, practices and programs strongly preferred
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively and communicate persuasively
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Conversant with MS Office applications
