The incumbent will be responsible for performing credit collection activities and follow up invoice disputes with customers, liaise with different teams in resolving invoice issues, answering and following up customers’ enquiries as well as assist in ad-hoc departmental works as required.

 

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Accounting / Finance / Credit Management or related discipline
  • 3-4 years relevant working experiences in handling credit collection and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge in using Dynamics AX will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Independent, attentive to details, strong interpersonal skills and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Candidate with less experience will be consider as Credit Control Officer
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
